What is AIS 140 and why do I need it?
AIS 140 is the government-mandated standard for GPS/IRNSS vehicle tracking devices in India. Commercial vehicles are required to fit an AIS 140 certified tracker to pass the RTO fitness test. ACC Solutions installs government-approved AIS 140 trackers (Motocarte and Transync Volty) and handles the certification paperwork for you.
Which GPS trackers do you install — Motocarte or Transync Volty?
We install both. Motocarte and Transync Volty are both government-approved AIS 140 / IRNSS trackers, and we handle installation, tagging, RTO certification, recharge, renewal, and ongoing support for either device.
How long does installation take?
Most GPS tracker, dash camera, or speed governor installations are completed within a few hours at your location or one of our service points. Exact timing depends on the vehicle and the number of devices being fitted — call us to check availability before you come in.
How do I renew or recharge my GPS tracker?
Call our support line or visit any of our branches with your vehicle number. We handle recharge and yearly renewal for both Motocarte and Transync Volty trackers, including re-issuing your RTO certificate where required.
What is a speed governor and is it mandatory?
A speed governor is a device that limits a commercial vehicle’s top speed as required for RTO compliance. We install and calibrate government-approved speed governor systems and issue the certificate needed for your fitness test.
Do you install dash cameras too?
Yes. We install government-approved dash cameras for commercial vehicles as an added layer of safety and documentation for fleet operators.
